Today's work: We got an early call. A customer wished to inspect a room and so I drove off with keys and information in hand to introduce the room. Our customer was interested in the room, but needs some time to decide. Let's hope for a positive result. I had lunch with another customer. This American man is looking for a small apartment in Kashiwa as an investment. He still needs to gather information to make a decision, but I think he will buy an apartment. After I did a little cleaning around two apartment buildings and after that, I looked for a shop suitable for a cafe/bar. I met 2 gentlemen from Europe who want to make something special for the people of Kashiwa. But finding the best shop for them looks difficult.
